Job summary

White Glove Hiring is seeking a Field Sales Representative for an FMCG portfolio. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional client site visits to promote and sell products, build relationships, and drive sales growth.

You will manage a territory, develop sales strategies, and report on activities while delivering excellent customer service and meeting quotas. A valid driver's license and CRM proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
