Job summary

Serdang Airbag Solution is seeking a Finance & Cost Accounting professional to develop and manage the financial system for a convection workshop in Indonesia. The role focuses on calculating Cost of Production (HPP), producing per-order profit reports, and maintaining monthly P&L statements.

Requires Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail. You will work on-site at the workshop and remotely on other days.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Finance & Accounting.
• Preferred experience working in garment, convection, or manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Understanding of HPP (Cost of Production) calculations.
• Able to calculate profit and profit margin per order/customer.
• Understanding of profit and loss reports, cash flow, and receivables.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must come to the workshop once a week for evaluation and reporting.
• Able to work from home on other days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and organize the workshop's financial recording system
• Calculate HPP (Cost of Production) for each model and order
• Create profit reports for each order and brand
• Prepare monthly profit and loss reports
• Analyze internal production costs and outsourcing CMT costs
• Monitor expenses, receivables, and cash flow
• Create financial report dashboards for the owner
