Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in cost accounting software and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation methods.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Effective communication in a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs across materials, labor, overhead.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard product costs.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate deviations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for production costs.
• Implement cost accounting systems and procedures.
