Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Planning Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events for clients worldwide, all from a remote location.

You will coordinate all logistical aspects of events, manage timelines, budgets, and vendor communications, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination; virtual or hybrid events experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical elements of event planning, including venue selection (for hybrid events), vendor management, and catering.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and detailed plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process, managing expectations and delivering updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, speakers, and entertainers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee on-site setup and coordination for hybrid events, and manage virtual platform logistics for online components.
