You will design and execute growth strategies across paid social, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies across channels.
• Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze website and sales data to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive CX.
• Grow affiliate marketing programs and onboard partners.
• Stay updated on e-commerce tech and best practices.
• Report KPI and campaign performance to leadership.
