Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse community groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital engagement tools and social media platforms.
