Competenze
- Requires a Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical R&D, product development, and process scale-up.
- Proven leadership in innovation projects and bringing new chemical products to market.
Mansioni
- Lead and mentor a remote team of engineers and scientists in product innovation projects.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product development, from ideation to commercialization.
- Develop and validate novel chemical synthesis routes and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and techno-economics analyses for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D to align innovation with market needs.
- Champion best practices in process design, safety, and sustainability for new products.
