Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a remote team of engineers and scientists in product innovation projects.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product development, from ideation to commercialization.
Develop and validate novel chemical synthesis routes and manufacturing processes.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and techno-economic analyses for new product opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D to align innovation with market needs.
Champion best practices in process design, safety, and sustainability for new products.
