Job summary

Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Remote Lead Project Manager to spearhead product development programs from concept through launch. The role requires guiding distributed teams across design, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales while maintaining strong remote collaboration and strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management with a deep understanding of product lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and modern software practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with focus on product development and launch.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent product development projects in a remote setting.
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and modern software development practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for inspiring and guiding remote teams.
• Experience with Jira, Aha!, Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop and refine product roadmaps, project plans, and release schedules with product leadership.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of design, engineering, QA, and marketing.
• Oversee project execution, identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality standards and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all remote team members and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
