Job summary

Oryx Services is seeking a Remote Aviation Maintenance Planning Specialist to join its operations team. You will develop, implement, and optimize maintenance programs for a fleet of aircraft, ensuring regulatory compliance and airworthiness while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Eng, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in aviation maintenance planning.
CMMS proficiency: AMOS, Trax, SAP.
Strong planning, data analysis, and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage aircraft maintenance programs per regulatory standards (EASA/FAA).
Plan and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and major repairs.
Monitor component life limits and schedule replacements.
Process and track ADs and SBs for timely implementation.
Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers and suppliers.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Prepare reports on fleet maintenance status and performance metrics.
Liaise with aviation authorities for compliance and certification.
Provide expert advice on maintenance planning to stakeholders.
