Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aviation regulatory compliance, preferably within an airline or MRO environment.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO, FAA, EASA, or relevant local authorities).
• Proven ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, law, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in aviation regulations (national and international).
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant aviation laws.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to aviation authorities.
• Advise management and operational teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and support external audits and inspections.
