You will use diagnostic tools, online knowledge bases, and CRM software to resolve problems, log interactions, and escalate when needed; a remote, self-motivated attitude and strong communication are essential. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive technical support or related field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, engines, transmissions and electronics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Guide customers through diagnostic procedures using remote tools.
• Accurately log interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or engineering teams when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and support procedures.
