This senior role requires strong leadership to manage a distributed team, oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes data integrity, strategic financial planning, and delivering insights to support decision-making in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 7 years in accounting with at least 2 in management.
• Extensive IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting department and financial reporting.
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP-compliant statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting with actionable insights.
• Manage external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop a remote accounting team.
