Job summary

Rs Sedayu General Hospital is seeking a seasoned Remote Accounting Manager to lead its accounting functions from a fully remote setup, supporting Bandar Lampung-origin operations. The role requires directing a distributed team and ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliant processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in accounting with leadership experience, deep IFRS/GAAP expertise, and proficiency with ERP systems in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead a distributed remote team and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting department, overseeing financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support decisions.
• Manage external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote accounting team.
