Job summary

Pt Bpr Bunga Sutra Mas is seeking an experienced Remote Accounting Manager to lead its accounting functions while supporting operations from Bandar Lampung. This senior role requires a proven leader to manage a distributed team, oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

You will shape financial strategy, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements across the organization in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a management/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Manage external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote accounting team, fostering high performance.
