Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Medan seeks a Mechanical Reliability Supervisor to oversee Master Data for equipment and spare parts, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive Autonomous, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance programs.

You will develop reliability SOPs, plan spare parts, and schedule routine maintenance, while supervising AM, PdM, PM, CBM, and related activities and preparing weekly reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Rotating/Stationary equipment in the Oleo industry.
• At least 3 years as a Mechanical Reliability Supervisor (Vibration Analysis CAT 1 certification is a plus).
• Proficient in inspection tools (Thickness Check, PMI, Vibration Analysis).
• Experienced in SAP, AutoCAD 2D, and reading P&ID, Isometric, and GA drawings.
• Knowledgeable in oleochemical industrial materials (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and variations) and international standards (ASME B16.5, B31.3, Sec VIII, API 650).
• Willing to be located in Medan.

Skilled in root cause analysis (RCFA using Fishbone and Why-Why Analysis).

Develop reliability SOPs, spare part planning, and routine maintenance scheduling.

Supervise maintenance activities (AM, PdM, PM, CBM, and Autonomous Maintenance).

Prepare weekly activity reports.

Job Requirement:
