Job summary

PetroSea Indonesia seeks an experienced asset and maintenance leader to direct site asset readiness, manage maintenance costs, and ensure alignment with production schedules. This role will require coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to uphold safety and reliability standards.

The ideal candidate holds a D3 in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 10+ years in heavy equipment maintenance in mining, and is willing to relocate to remote sites and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance within mining environments.
• Ability to understand production targets and align maintenance to achieve uptime.
• Willingness to relocate to remote site locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct asset and maintenance operations to ensure asset readiness.
• Initiatives to minimize maintenance costs through efficient use of manpower and materials.
• Improve manpower utilization within existing departments to ensure schedule stability.
• Set and monitor plant performance against standards and targets (MTTBS, MTTR, Availability).
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and risk management aligned with ISO standards.
