Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance Department in West Java. You will focus on equipment reliability, maintenance strategy execution, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to 3 years of experience in maintenance/reliability, with knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, pneumatic/hydraulic/drive/PLC basics, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years in maintenance/reliability.
Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive and PLC systems.
Good data analysis and presentation skills.
Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java, with English communication.

Responsabilités

Define and improve the standards of machines applicable to the TEC function for all areas in SMQDC.
Improve reliability and insure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality.
Train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2.
