Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to define and improve maintenance standards, enhance equipment reliability, and propagate best practices across the maintenance team. Fresh graduates up to 3 years of experience are welcome, with opportunities to work on reliability projects and spare parts strategies in a dynamic industrial environment.

Based in Cikarang, West Java, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance actions and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in maintenance strategy, reliability, or industrial process improvement.
Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive, and PLC systems.
Good data analysis and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Interest in reliability engineering, maintenance improvement projects, and obsolescence management.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

Define and improve maintenance standards for TEC function across SMQDC.
Improve reliability and ensure equipment durability following maintenance strategy including criticality.
Train and propagate knowledge for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2.
