Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Method Engineer to define and improve machine standards across SMQDC and to drive reliability improvements within the maintenance strategy. The role involves training teammates and propagating best practices for maintenance actions at levels 1 and 2 to sustain equipment durability.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in the maintenance department, based in Cikarang, West Java, and will contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in maintenance strategy, reliability, or process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve standards of machines for the TEC function across SMQDC.
• Improve reliability and ensure equipment durability following the maintenance strategy.
• Train and propagate knowledge for maintenance actions of level 1 and 2.
