Michelin Asia Pacific is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in West Java to help define maintenance strategies, improve reliability, and support continuous improvements across our manufacturing sites. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with a global sustainability-driven brand.

The role requires foundational knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive and PLC systems, plus data analysis and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in maintenance strategy, reliability, or industrial process improvement.
Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive, and PLC systems.
Good data analysis and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Interest in reliability engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Define and improve machine standards for the TEC function across all areas in SMQDC.
Improve reliability and ensure equipment durability within the defined maintenance strategy including criticality.
Train and propagate knowledge for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2.
