Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years in maintenance strategy, reliability, or industrial process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
• Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve the standards of machines applicable to the TEC function for all areas in SMQDC.
• Improve reliability and insure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality.
• Train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2.
