Job summary

SSCX International is seeking a Relationship Manager to engage with C-Level executives and drive impact through operational transformation across major industries.

You will prospect new corporate clients, conduct consultative pitches, and secure high-value consulting projects while meeting revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager in B2B Services / Management Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate business processes & operational excellence concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proven ability in selling and influencing key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
