Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indonesia is seeking a Regulatory & Permitting Coordinator. The role serves as the PMCs lead for regulatory compliance, permitting, and government interface management across an industrial brownfield expansion.

You will coordinate environmental approvals, licenses, and notifications, work with national, provincial, and local authorities, and help safeguard project schedules and readiness throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Permitting Management: Develop and maintain the Project Regulatory and Permitting Plan and a comprehensive Permit and Approval Register.
• Track approval status and critical dates; coordinate regulatory activities between Owner, EPC Contractor, consultants, and government agencies.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory commitments and permit conditions; ensure permitting requirements are integrated into project schedules and execution plans.
• Government and Authority Coordination: Act as the PMC interface for regulatory matters involving governmental authorities at national, provincial, and local levels.
• Environmental Permitting and Compliance: Monitor compliance with environmental approvals and coordinate environmental permitting submissions and reporting.
• Operational Readiness and Commissioning: Identify required approvals before energization and coordinate commissioning-related notifications.
