Job summary

Finture seeks an experienced IT audit professional in Jakarta to independently handle regulator information requests and coordinate cross-functional IT audit projects. You will ensure compliant IT systems align with regulatory expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in IT development or product management, strong Java and SQL skills, and fluent English. Prior team leadership is a plus; bachelor’s in IT or Finance is expected. This is a full-time on-site position in Indonesia's fintech sector.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Indonesian fintech IT audit and compliance work.
• 3+ years of IT developer or IT product manager experience with understanding of IT system construction.
• Fluent in English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily information clarification requests from regulatory authorities (e.g., OJK, BI, FDC) independently.
• Coordinate internal teams to address large IT audit and system audit projects from regulators.
• Balance IT construction status with audit requirements from supervision and business development perspectives.
• Learn quickly to grasp business/product knowledge; demonstrate system features clearly.
• Train IT audit professionals and document relevant knowledge.
