Job summary

Finture seeks an experienced IT audit professional in Jakarta to independently handle regulator information requests and coordinate cross-functional IT audit projects. You will ensure compliant IT systems align with regulatory expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in IT development or product management, strong Java and SQL skills, and fluent English. Prior team leadership is a plus; bachelor’s in IT or Finance is expected. This is a full-time on-site position in Indonesia's fintech sector.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to independently respond to daily information clarification requests from regulatory authorities (including but not limited to OJK, BI, FDC) and efficiently obtain regular data.
• Flexibly coordinate different internal teams to address large-scale IT and corresponding system audit projects (such as annual inspections, license audits, etc.) initiated by regulatory authorities, ensuring the smooth implementation of these projects.
• Balance the company’s current IT construction status with regulatory audit requirements from the perspectives of audit supervision and business development.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct in-depth learning and quickly grasp business and product knowledge; possess system demonstration and explanation capabilities, and effectively express and clarify product and system functionalities.
• Focus on the training of IT audit professionals, while accumulating and documenting relevant knowledge.

Requirements

• Familiar with Indonesian fintech IT audit and compliance work, with over 3 years experience. Highly proficient in addressing regulatory requirements related to IT audits.
• Have no less than 3 years of experience as an IT developer or IT product manager in previous roles, with a solid understanding of business knowledge and IT system construction.
• Possess the ability to develop features using JAVA, independently write and execute SQL; experience as a data analyst or IT R&D professional is a plus.
• No major quality accidents or administrative penalties imposed by regulatory authorities or other relevant departments in professional career.
• Possess excellent management, communication, and pressure-resistance capabilities; experience in team management is a plus.
• Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese (both expression and application) is a plus.
