Job summary

Finture is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Professional in Jakarta Pusat to manage full‑cycle accounting, GL, and tax coordination for a fintech-focused team. You will prepare periodic financial reports for head office and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and strong controls.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience (2+ in fintech), advanced Excel skills, and fluent English. A CA/CPA is a plus, with PSAK guidance applied throughout processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in fintech/P2P lending.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL, tax coordination, reporting and audit support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts per PSAK.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external agents, including PPh, PPN, and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for head office with variance analysis.
• Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation and auditorquiries.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
