Job summary

Finture is seeking a capable IT/audit professional in Jakarta to autonomously respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate cross-functional teams on IT and system audit projects. The role emphasizes understanding IT construction status while meeting audit requirements and business goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Indonesian fintech IT audit, experience as IT developer or IT product manager, strong Java and SQL skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Job description

What you will do

1. Possess the ability to independently respond to daily information clarification requests fromregulatory authorities (including but not limited to OJK, BI, FDC)and efficiently obtain regular data.

2. Flexibly coordinate different internal teams to address large-scale IT and corresponding system audit projects (such as annual inspections, license audits, etc.) initiated by regulatory authorities, ensuring the smooth implementation of these projects.

3. Balance the company's current IT construction status with regulatory audit requirements from the perspectives of audit supervision and business development.

4. Demonstrate the ability to conduct in-depth learning and quickly grasp business and product knowledge; possess system demonstration and explanation capabilities, and effectively express and clarify product and system functionalities.

5. Focus on the training of IT audit professionals, while accumulating and documenting relevant knowledge.

What you will need to have

1. Familiar with Indonesian fintech IT audit and compliance work, with over 3 years experience. Highly proficient in addressing regulatory requirements related to IT audits.

2. Have no less than 3 years of experienceas an IT developer or IT product manager in previous roles, with a solid understanding of business knowledge and IT system construction.

3. Possess the ability to develop features usingJAVA, independently write and executeSQL; experience as a data analyst or IT R&D professional is a plus.

4. No major quality accidents or administrative penalties imposed by regulatory authorities or other relevant departments in professional career.

5. Possess excellent management, communication, and pressure-resistance capabilities; experience in team management is a plus.

6. Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese (both expression and application) is a plus.

7. Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Finance, or related disciplines
