Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree (Law/Politics/Economics preferred), and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English. A strong sense of ownership and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Law, Political Science, or Economics.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong teamwork, ownership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of licenses and obtain approvals from government authorities.
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit statistical reports to regulators and other authorities.
• Ensure corporate activities comply with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance.
• Support regulatory and internal audits with documentation and follow-ups.
• Conduct regulatory research and gap analyses between regulations and practices.
• Perform compliance assurance activities to monitor adherence and actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs and trainings.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
