You will coordinate with regulators during examinations, support licensing initiatives, and ensure new products comply with applicable rules and protections for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong regulatory knowledge across insurance/OJK rules.
• Proven ability to map regulation to business processes and risk controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulators and senior management.

• Independently conduct end-to-end compliance risk reviews across processes and practices.
• Identify, assess, and map compliance risks and gaps against regulations.
• Prepare actionable findings and monitor follow-up with management.
