Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with background in supply chain management or statistics.

• At least 5 years of upstream planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute yearly upstream SCM strategy with procurement category manager and upstream stakeholders.
• Support upstream resilience; assess supplier capacity and drive actions to anticipate growth.
• Ensure execution is compliant with the global planning playbook.
• Define end-to-end business needs for less manual intervention in planning.
• Collaborate with development teams on autonomous solutions, dashboards, and AI-driven actions.
