Job summary

Schneider Electric in Batam, Indonesia, seeks an experienced EA Replenishment Specialist to lead replenishment activities ensuring timely availability of materials and products. You will manage orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor delivery commitments, and address potential shortages while leading the local replenishment team.

You will collaborate across Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Care to strengthen supply chain performance and deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Practical understanding of replenishment, order management, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system, along with a working understanding of Material Requirements Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ability to analyze delivery gaps, identify supply risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment and order management across sales orders and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery commitments and expediting as needed.
• Monitor orders and manage aging purchases to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Lead the Batam Replenishment team and drive performance improvements.
• Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
