ATI Business Group is seeking a resourceful Talent Acquisition professional to lead specialized hiring across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. You will own sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top candidates.

The role emphasizes proactive headhunting, market research, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure a smooth candidate journey and successful hires across multiple markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably niche/hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven direct sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development.
• CEFR C1+ English proficiency and professional communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative sourcing problem solving.
• Able to manage priorities across multiple countries/time zones.
• Experience with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS.
