Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking a GTM - Regional Scientific Partnerships and Lab Operations Manager to build and manage scientific laboratory partnerships across Southeast Asia. This role blends scientific insight with partner management and operational execution to ensure reliable delivery and long-term growth.

You will lead onboarding, implement SOPs, monitor quality, and coordinate with internal teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant scientific field or equivalent lab experience.
• 4+ years in lab ops, partnerships, customer success, field ops, or programme management.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and ongoing operations.
• Professional English and working fluency in at least one Southeast Asian language.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with university and research laboratories and assess partner readiness.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and operational launch through first accepted output.
• Implement SOPs, monitor quality, and resolve operational issues.
• Manage partner progress, priorities, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with internal scientific, technical, commercial, and legal teams.
• Identify and elevate safety, consent, privacy, and data-use risks.
