PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Lab Manager to lead our Bogor lab operations.

You will manage a team, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to integrate diagnostic services. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a diagnostic or QA lab within manufacturing or logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading a diagnostic or QA lab in manufacturing/logistics.
• Proven expertise in lab operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English; able to document clearly.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day diagnostic lab operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Enforce QC procedures and safety protocols per industry standards.
• Lead and train lab staff; foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits to verify health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage inventory and procurement within budget.
• Prepare documentation and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with operations to tailor testing for manufacturing and logistics.
• Investigate test issues, equipment malfunctions, non-compliance.
• Monitor KPIs on efficiency, turnaround times, and quality metrics.
