Job summary

Blue Ventures seeks a Head of Partnership Network - Southeast Asia to lead the regional partner network across the region. You will work with local leaders and diverse partners to turn conservation goals into lasting community impact.

Reporting to the Regional Director Asia, you will mentor Partnership Managers, onboard high-impact partners, and shape strategies to scale community-led conservation across Asia. Based in Asia with travel to coastal areas.

• Proven ability to design and implement collaborative engagement strategies.
• Track record in onboarding and stewarding long-term partnerships.
• Strong mentorship and team development capabilities.
