Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for the Sales Promotion teams in Jakarta and Bandung. The role includes soft skills, product updates, and leadership content, with regular market visits to tailor sessions.

You will assess training needs, adjust materials, and collaborate with the Field Trainer to ensure impactful interventions. Based in Jakarta or Bandung and willing to travel to other cities as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of trainer experience, preferably in financing or retail.
• Experience with needs assessment and post-training evaluation/measurement.
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Based in Jakarta or Bandung and willing to travel between cities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver mandatory, ad hoc, soft skills, product, and leadership training.
• Manage and deliver training programs across regions for the Sales Promotion team.
• Regularly visit markets to conduct individual training sessions with promoters.
• Adjust existing training materials to fit team needs and context.
• Collaborate with Field Trainer to enhance interventions and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain training documentation and complete administrative tasks.

Kredivo is looking for two Regional Sales Trainer (Jakarta & Bandung).

About the Job :

• Accountable for Sales Promotion team understanding of their job, product & process and its updates, and ability to perform their job properly.
• Managing and delivering various training programs (mandatory/ad hoc, soft skills/technical skills, product & process / leadership).
• Working closely with Sales Promotion team to better understand the training needs and contextualize the training content.
• Regularly visiting Sales Promotion team on the market and conducting individual sessions with sales promoters.
• Regularly traveling to different cities to understand the business, the team, and take necessary actions.
• Adjusting existing training materials and creating new ones to suit the Sales Promotion team’s needs.
• Collaborating with Field Trainer to give more impactful intervention to ensure Sales Promoters have good knowledge and skills to perform their job.
• Ensuring availability of training documentations and completing mandatory administrative matters.

About You :

• Minimum bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in financing or retail industry.
• Experienced not only on training delivery & module development, but also on need assessment and post training evaluation/measurement.
• Self starter personality and reliable to work under minimum supervision.
• Based in Jakarta & Bandung
• Willing to travel to different cities than homebase
