Henkel Indonesia is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to partner with the commercial organization, handling sales operations, master data, pricing administration, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination across SAP, Salesforce, and other systems. The role also provides light executive support to sales leadership.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and regional teams to deliver data insights, dashboards, and performance analysis, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations or Commercial Support in multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce; strong Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of master data management processes.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day sales operations, including quotations and pricing requests.
• Manage customer and product master data across SAP and Salesforce.
• Maintain pricing information and coordinate rebates with Finance.
• Prepare sales and operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Provide data insights and reporting support to regional sales teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics for smooth ops.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external inquiries and issue resolution.
• Support sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team admin activities.
• Coordinate customer visits and regional events across the APAC region.
• Ensure timely execution of requests while juggling multiple priorities.
