Peran ini menuntut pengalaman luas dalam penjualan ke rumah sakit pemerintah dan swasta, dengan fokus pada negosiasi dan peramalan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan merumuskan strategi B2B, memahami proses tender, serta siap bepergian dinas sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Qualifikationen

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait (Manajemen, Pemasaran, Keperawatan, Farmasi, Elektromedikal, Biomedis).
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman menjual perangkat medis.
• Minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager.
• Pengalaman menjual ke rumah sakit pemerintah maupun swasta.
• Keterampilan kepemimpinan untuk mengelola tim penjualan.
• Pemahaman kuat tentang strategi B2B dan proses tender rumah sakit.
• Negosiasi, analisis bisnis, dan peramalan penjualan yang baik.
• Siap melakukan perjalanan dinas secara berkala.

Jobbeschreibung

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, Electromedical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in selling medical device.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, or equivalent leadership position.

Proven experience in handling sales to both government and private hospitals.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team.

Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and hospital tender processes.

Excellent negotiation, business analysis, and sales forecasting skills.

Willing to undertake frequent business trips as required.
