Job summary

Akulaku Group is seeking a regional leader to supervise the SA team, recruit Sales Agents, MDOs and Trainers, and coordinate policy implementation and inspections across multiple regions in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as Area/District Sales Manager in the relevant industry, strong management experience, proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a Bachelor's degree; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience minimum 1 year as Area/District Sales Manager in the relevant industry.
• Experience as a regional manager in Indonesia is preferred.
• Fluent in English is a plus; proficient in using office software Excel, Word, PPT.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage SA team across regions.
• Recruit Sales Agents, MDOs and Trainers.
• Coordinate location, policy implementation, inspection and system rollout across regions.
• Investigate and report daily order activity in partner stores and summarize abnormalities.
• Train and supervise SA and store trainers across cooperatives.
• Develop strategies to target high GMV and increase store sales rate.
