Job summary

PT Universal Indofood Product in Padang Sidempuan is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team across Padang Sidempuan, Padang Lawas and Penyabungan, drive growth, and ensure targets are met.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor data and market trends, train and motivate the team, coordinate with marketing campaigns and promotions, and nurture strong relationships with customers and key distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or sales management role in retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail trends and dynamics with good analytical ability.
• Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams.
• Skilled in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with high commitment to achieving targets.
