Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Electronics & Home Appliances to develop regional sales strategies, manage distributors and key accounts, and drive growth across multiple cities.

The role requires strong leadership, forecasting, and channel development skills, with extensive travel across the region and a preference for English proficiency in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience, preferably Electronics and Home Appliances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, market share, and profitability targets across assigned territories.
• Lead and manage regional sales activities covering distributors, dealers, key accounts, modern trade, and other sales channels.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key partners, including planning, targets, stock management, and sell-out performance.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, promotions, and channel developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive product launches, promotions, and trade marketing with Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to ensure execution and achievement of targets.
• Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports/forecasts with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and other teams to ensure product availability and healthy inventory.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and expansion opportunities.
