PZ Cussons Indonesia in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive distribution and grow volume, revenue, and market share across the assigned area. You will lead and develop the sales team, manage distributors and key customers, and ensure effective execution of assortment, promotions, and in-store activities to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and solid administration

• Experience in handling distribution channels.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a sales role.
• Computer literacy (basic applications).
• Ability to communicate in English.
