Adecco Group, in partnership with a leading global agribusiness and food ingredients organization, seeks a senior leader to head Quality & Food Safety across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on strategy, compliance, and building a robust quality framework to safeguard products across the region.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage audits, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and R&D to elevate quality across the value

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality & Food Safety, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Food Manufacturing, Food Ingredients, Edible Oils, Agribusiness, FMCG, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing QFSMS, regulatory compliance, certification programs, and external audits.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality & Food Safety strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and locations.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, food safety regulations, and certification requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to提升 product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee risk management, audit programs, and CAPA processes to maintain a robust QFS framework.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and R&D to strengthen quality across the value chain.
• Manage supplier and external manufacturing quality governance.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead crisis management and product quality incident response.
• Build, coach, and develop QFS teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on quality, food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
