Michael Page is recruiting a Regional Associate - Projects, Infrastructure & Energy for Indonesia. You will advise clients on infrastructure and energy project matters, draft and review contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across local and international contexts.

The role requires a law degree with at least 5 years' experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on infrastructure and energy project legal matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Provide legal support during negotiations and project development phases.
• Conduct legal research on industry issues and trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Assist with dispute resolution and risk management strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in professional services.
