Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mid Associate (4–7 years PQE) to join our Banking & Finance Practice in Energy sector. O ur energy team is leading transactions and advising some of the most exciting energy projects in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in financing transactions, particularly project finance involving energy, oil & gas, power, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

• 4–7 years PQE from a reputable law firm or energy company
• Strong leadership, capable working independently, with passion in the energy sector
• Strong Banking & Finance and Project Finance experience
• Exposure to energy, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, or natural resources projects
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• Strong English communication and drafting capability
• Candidates with experience in advising lenders, sponsors, developers, or financial institutions on complex financing transactions will be highly regarded
