Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate matters
• Prepare case management to strategize the outcomes according to client's aims and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client matters
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings

About you

• Hold a bachelor of law degree from a reputable law school
• At least 5 years of professional working experience from law firms with international exposure
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including both written and verbal communication
• Excellent case management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis
• Demonstrate attention to details and ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-pace environment
• Master's degree from an international university is an advantage
• Proficiency in other international languages is a plus, especially Mandarin
