Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia seeks a capable regional Programs Coordinator to help implement our education initiatives across Kalimantan Barat. You will work with schools, field teams, and local partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with targets.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and travel to school sites. You will manage CMS class setups, mentor allocations, and data reporting using spreadsheets and CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional context.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting abilities.
• Experience working with NGOs, government, social/CSR projects is preferred.
• Willing to travel for school visits and field operations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; Spreadsheet capability required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional program implementation aligned with timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with schools, field teams and stakeholders.
• Set up classes and prep activities, including CMS and teacher allocation.
• Conduct daily school visits and monitor progress.
• Collect, manage and validate operational data for reports.
• Prepare routine reports and document program activities.
• Support workshops, trainings, competitions, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with schools, government reps, and partners.
• Escalate critical issues and updates to HQ promptly.
