Job summary

Baker Hughes in Indonesia seeks a Region Pre-Sales – Cordant to drive technical pre-sales engagement, develop opportunity pipelines, and support regional customers with digital and reliability solutions.

You will partner with sales teams, channel partners, and global product lines; require a Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Eng, 10+ years in rotating equipment, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in rotating equipment maintenance, vibration analysis, or condition monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery and asset condition monitoring systems.
• ISO18436 Vibration Category II certification (preferred).
• Experience in industrial asset management or APM implementations (preferred).
• Fluent in Indonesian and English with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical influencing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; solid computer and networking skills.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience in multicultural/global environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to formulate winning strategies.
• Develop and manage opportunity pipelines to reach growth targets.
• Identify customer requirements for machine protection and monitoring.
• Influence specifications and RFQs to align with Cordant solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive adoption of new digital products.
• Support marketing activities like tech days, webinars, presentations.
• Act as a recognized technical expert in Cordant Solutions and Baker Hughes apps.
• Provide VoC insights to product teams for enhancements.
• Contribute to best practices, guides, and documentation.
