YCP Group seeks a Partner to enhance and build a potential client network across Southeast Asia, bringing objective expertise and specialized industry knowledge as well as structured methodologies to solve complex business problems for clients.

This is a critical role responsible for driving overall business performance, overseeing cross-functional teams and shaping the long-term growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including strategy consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of originating and closing consulting/research/financial advisory projects.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex engagements and teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand client relationships across Southeast Asia, bringing objective expertise and structured methodologies.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and guide long-term growth strategy of the company.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders and nurture high-performance culture.
• Drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios across SEA.
